I hope you're doing well! I wanted to share some important news about my massage therapy practice. Starting on January 1st, 2024, I'll be implementing a price increase for my services. I’ll include the new fee schedule at the bottom of this email and the details on this can be found on my website as well.

As we head into the colder months, I'd like to emphasize how awesome massage therapy is during this time of year. It's not just about relieving physical tension from the chilly weather; it's also an excellent way to unwind and boost your overall well-being. And it’s always helpful to deal with the achey back and arms from those first few big shoveling days of the season.

On top of that, I want to remind you that the end of the year is approaching, and if you have insurance coverage that resets on January 1st, now's the perfect time to make the most of it. My schedule is still relatively open for appointments until the end of the year, so you can lock in your sessions today and maximize your insurance benefits. Just keep in mind that my clinic will be closed over the Christmas holidays, so plan accordingly.

For those of you celebrating November birthdays, I've got a little treat for you. This months birthday appointments will include the Snowflake Dragon bath bomb from Lush because even adults should have a special little birthday treat!
