I know we’re all eagerly anticipating/bracing for that next big pile of snow, but it’s not all bad! Snowy days are great reminders to slow down, take extra time to care for ourselves, and practice some extra stretching and mindfulness when shoveling.
As many of you know there are some presumed cases of Covid-19 in Edmonton and that means this is a great time to remind folks about the cancellation policy! If you're feeling a bit under the weather, please cancel your appointment. Don't worry, there will be no cancellation fee charged regardless of when the appointment is cancelled. You can re-book when you're well again. Feel free to call, text, or email your cancellation if you're unable to cancel through the appointment booking site.
For the birthday babies this month I have the Royalty bath bomb, a fun floral treat featuring jasmine, sandalwood, and ylang ylang. The essential oil for this month is Muscle Soother, a warm blend for achy snow shoveling muscles. As with all other months, you can still request another of the essential oils I have on hand for your session. But I do like to feature a single or blend every month so that we can all get out of our routine just a little bit and bring a new experience into our lives.
See you soon!

2020 is the year of new things!
You may have noticed that this website looks a little bit different. I decided that since I was updating my online booking method I should also go all in and update my website at the same time.
Going forward all appointments will be booked through JaneApp. This is a more all-in-one option for both of us. I’ll be able to tie your insurance billing and treatment notes directly to your online account. This will make things quicker for me when I’m handling the paperwork end of things and in the event you ever need access to your treatment file everything from January onward will be in one convenient location. I’ll still be using Square for billing purposes, but now any gift certificates you buy can be tracked easily along with your account. I know it doesn’t sound terrible exciting, but I’m thrilled!
Once you hop over to the booking site to plan your next appointment you might also notice that my schedule has changed a little bit. I’ll still be offering my usual hours on Mondays. On Tuesdays I will still be starting at 9am, but I’ll be wrapping up at 4pm. Don’t worry though, Fridays are the new evening option and I’ll be in 12-8. I’ve extended my hours a little bit on Sunday as well, now I’ll be in 10-6. If, after a few weeks, these need to be adjusted I’ll likely be extending the hours on Fridays and Sundays. If you have any feedback about scheduling let me know, I’m always open to hearing what works best for you!
