Physical gift certificates are also available to purchase.

What to expect when redeeming gift certificates
*Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash value and cannot be returned for a cash refund. They are, however, transferable.
*Gift certificate purchases may not be claimed against any private or provincial health care plans for reimbursement.
*Gift Certificates issued by Katherine McFatridge of Compose Massage may only be redeemed with Katherine McFatridge of Compose Massage. They can only be redeemed for the amount and time, full dollar value and/or service specified on the gift certificate.

Lost and replacement gift certificates
Now that gift certificates can be purchased through your Jane account you will always have access to the code for them. Just log into your account and scroll to the bottom of the list on the left had side of your screen.

For physical gift certificates, if the recipient of a gift certificate issued by Compose Massage should lose their gift certificate for any reason, it is not the responsibility of Compose Massage to replace or recover the contents and/or value of the gift certificate. Compose Massage may replace a lost gift certificate that has been verified and approved as previously unused. The gift certificate will be replaced on grounds that the original gift certificate has not been redeemed. The replacement gift certificate will be issued to either the original purchaser or the recipient.
